Blood Donor Clinic
For the last 25 years our club, under the leadership of Lion Ruth Ginn, has been working along with the Red Cross and now the Canadian Blood Services to obtain this vital fluid. A clinic is held every two to three months here in Strathmore. Usuall on Tuesday afternoon 3:00 to 8:00 PM. On average about 150 pints of useful blood is collected at each clinic. A substantial proportion is given by our Hutterian Brethren. The Lions also appreciate the cookies they bring each time.
